has developed an exclusive Quality Assurance Program, enabling us to monitor the hotel's performance around the clock, every day.
We will establish a dedicated Quality Assurance Team comprised of Department Heads. Before commencing our operations, these team members will undergo extensive training conducted by our experts.
This team will diligently complete a detailed checklist on a daily basis, which will then be submitted to the Boutique Host/hostess. The Host/hostess, in turn, will send this checklist to our Head Office in the Netherlands for review and guidance on appropriate actions.
This checklist, combined with well-defined Standard Operating Policies and Procedures, detailed Job Descriptions, and thorough staff training, serves as the cornerstone for maintaining a seamless and high-quality hotel operation.
